We welcome Kathy Han, NSIP (virtual) intern !
Kathy Han joins the lab as an NSIP intern. Kathy is a Biochemistry major at Wellesley College. The
Nathan Schnaper Intern Program in Translational Cancer Research (NSIP), is an NIH funded program of the UM Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center.
NSIP interns typically spend 10 weeks in Baltimore working on a research project as well as attending seminars and lectures. This year, with the Covid-19 pandemic, all in person internships were cancelled. But these were replaced with Virtual programs (including the summer course in Immunology – organised by Courtney)
For more information about the NSIP program, follow the links to the NSIP website or contact the Program Director – Dr. Bret Hassel.
We try to keep track of our former NSIP interns on our Alumni page as soon as we get updates from them about their career paths !
